Life Enhancement Training

The Inspire Partners provides training and certification for their proprietary program known as Quest. Healthcare workers, caregivers and other professionals are eligible to apply for training in order to make a difference in the lives of older adults.

The Quest Programs’ intention is to create an enhanced quality of life and foster overall health and wellness. The program builds self-confidence, maintains (and often improves) physical, cognitive, emotional, and social functioning.

Certified Inspire Partners provide one-to-one and group programs for seniors and disabled adults at home and in senior communities.  The program focuses on components lost in many other programs, as well as the disruption on our seniors due to the   Covid crisis.

Quest was developed by Rebecca Birotte M.A. CTRS, a Recreation Therapist and communication specialist along with Gerontologist Mary Winners, MSG, CPG, to develop the psychosocial well-being, connections, and overall ability for seniors to thrive.

The foundation for this program is built around the Therapeutic component of Activity participation. The training consists of hands-on, learn-and-lead activities, with modalities such as *sensory stimulation, *cognitive stimulation, *nutrition, *movement/exercise, *creative expression.

Candidates for this program will be evaluated by an Inspire Partners professional for their ability and interest in supporting and improving the lives of seniors. The student will be trained and supported on their learning journey with on-going consultation and educations.
