Rebecca Birotte M.A. CTRS is a Recreation Therapist, Life Enrichment consultant, Communication Specialist, and Educator in all things Wellness.
Rebecca developed the only Activity Leader Seminar with a Therapeutic Paradigm in Southern California approved by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). It was at that time she coined her business motto, “Activities are Medicine!” Her passion and enthusiasm for educating the Activity and Life Enrichment profession have impacted hundreds of professionals in California.
Through her Consultation, Coaching Practice, and Programs, she continues to create a ripple of change in the way we serve our seniors.
Over the years she has provided countless training, workshops, and online classes in areas that span the following: Activity Leadership, Therapeutic Programs, Client-Centered Interventions, Team-Building, Effective group leadership and so much more.
